As a Growth Analyst and Strategy intern at Upstart, I:
Ran multivariate regressions and used bootstrapping to determine whether radio and billboard growth experiments had significant effects;
Analyzed the effect of A/B tests at each point in the funnel, constructed a narrative of consumer behavior, and made strategic recommendations based on the results;
Led meetings with Growth and Product teams on a flagship project to increase brand-awareness;
Conducted ~20 user interviews, and used the insights to give recommendations for podcast advertisements
